A detailed exploration of all the practical tools any manager or supervisor needs. Key topics include – management flexibility, motivation and engagement, leading high performance, delivering feedback and developing others.
We will reinforce the importance of fully committing to the role of manager, adopting a flexible, development-focused approach that makes a real difference to team members’ performance.
Existing managers with little formal training or those in need of a refresher.
Format:
We recommend a modular, blended programme consisting of 4 x half days (face to face or virtual), delivered every few weeks. This format allows for the practical application of new skills between sessions and analysis of its impact along the way.
Alternatively, if time is short, it can be delivered as an intensive programme.
