What

We DO...

  • Design and deliver blended programmes that get results
  • Embrace the role of technology in creating innovative, highly flexible learning experiences
  • Provide ongoing individual support for as long as it is needed
  • Build positive habits that drive a proactive approach to management
  • Actively involve participants and stakeholders at every stage
  • Measure the impact of all our programmes

We DON'T...

  • Run standalone workshops with no effective set-up or implementation plan
  • Deliver anything without fully understanding a client’s objectives first
  • Waste time in the training room with unnecessary ‘fillers’
  • Work with people looking for a tick box solution
  • Chalk & talk
  • Waste other people’s money

How we do it

As genuine specialists in leadership & management, we’ve really honed our understanding of what is required to design and deliver truly successful programmes.   And by truly successful, we don’t just mean 5 out of 5 on the happy sheet! This expertise has enabled us to identify the following key elements that when combined, ensure all our programmes not only provide the best possible learning experience, but most importantly get the results you are looking for:

Robust consultancy

Stakeholder consultancy to agree on programme objectives and explore potential barriers to learning. Individual consultancy for each participant to confirm personal learning goals, increase buy-in, and address specific concerns.

Efficiently designed workshops

Ensuring a sharp, practical focus and no padding, complemented by access to a range of relevant multi-media resources to support participants whenever they need it.

Launch events

To increase understanding, embed the learning and ensure interest remains strong even when the modules have been completed.

Application activities & in-programme communication

To increase understanding, embed the learning and ensure interest remains strong even when the modules have been completed.

Manager involvement

To equip the participants’ managers to proactively support their colleagues to apply the learning

Review sessions

To provide greater depth of understanding and to challenge the participants to share how the training has impacted them and their team.

Where we train

Worldwide

All over the UK

At home or in the office

Even though we’re London-based, we’re very happy to deliver training anywhere in the UK, Europe and beyond.  We can come to your offices or we’ll help you find a suitable local venue if that’s more convenient.  Either way, we never charge for travel time!   We’re big fans of face to face delivery but equally skilled at virtual learning if that works better.  Perhaps a blended approach is right for you?

Please bear in mind that we no longer have our own training facilities nor do we run open or public courses.

We also have a fully staffed office in Cairo that supports our work in the MENA region.  If you have a query relating to that part of the world, please contact nirvana@phoenix-training.co.uk

When we started

Set up in 1995, we’ve always retained our founder Bill’s original vision that we passionately believe in ‘helping make people better at what they do’. This was originally embodied by the delivery of over 100 different disciplines across sales, personal development and management, utilising the support of some amazing associates.

As we emerged from the recession in the 2000’s, we recognised it was important to sharpen our focus, adopt a more personalised approach and build a full-time training team.

This process has continued at pace and we now specialise in management & leadership programmes that utilise the latest technologies to ensure you’ll get the best results.

It’s been quite a journey and we hope you’ll be part of our future.
