We review the participants’ existing management practices and ensure that they are properly equipped to get the most out of their team members on a daily basis.
We will reinforce the importance of fully committing to the role of manager, adopting a flexible, development-focused approach that makes a real difference to team members’ performance.
Suitable for:
Existing managers with little formal training or those in need of a refresher.
Format:
We recommend a modular, blended programme consisting of 4 x half days (face to face or virtual), delivered every few weeks. This format allows for the practical application of new skills between sessions and analysis of its impact along the way.
Alternatively, if time is short, it can be delivered as a one day intensive workshop.
