PRISM Behavioural Brain Mapping
What is PRISM?
PRISM provides a powerful, visual explanation of why we all approach situations and deal with people in different ways.
The unique, neuroscience-based profiling tool gives individuals, teams and leaders valuable insights into their behavioural preferences and greatly enhances levels of self-awareness.
Different types of PRISM available
Personal PRISM
PRISM ‘Personal’ is our most popular version. It uses an eight-dimensional instrument which not only shows a person’s underlying behavioural preferences, but also the way in which they adapt their behaviour on occasions to suit the demands of their day-to-day role. Outputs include: profile maps showing Underlying, Adapted and Consistent behavioural preferences; introversion/extroversion profile; summary or full text narrative; work preference profile plus work aptitude & environment report and career development analysis. 360° Feedback PRISM
PRISM 360° is a user-friendly, online system that enables you to conduct 360° feedback with minimal effort and maximum impact. PRISM 360° provides a powerful, graphical report that is easy to understand, analyse, and use to deliver feedback that has high impact.
Most 360° assessments tell you only what is, or is not, contributing to a person’s effectiveness, but the PRISM 360° assessment also highlights why this may be happening. It gives the user insights into what is taking place beneath the surface. This difference puts PRISM 360° in a class of its own. View Prism 360-Feedback-Report
Team Diagnostic
PRISM Team Performance Diagnostic is designed specifically for organisations that are keen to develop the performance of their teams, providing an analysis of your team’s current performance to help you and the team identify what the team members feel they need to focus on to improve their performance. It measures the way in which team members feel the team responds to 12 key result areas; 6 of these areas relate to the ‘achievement’ of team goals and 6 to team ‘relationships’.
Recruitment - Benchmarking
Every person you recruit into your organisation has the potential to strengthen or weaken it. PRISM Benchmarking is the science of clearly defining superior performance in a role and then using objective criteria to help determine which candidate would be the best fit. In essence, it is the science of matching the person who is most suitable for the vacancy in terms of behavioural strengths, work aptitude and core traits.
Blanchard's SLII®
Phoenix are one of the UK's leading practitioners in Blanchard's SLII®.
In a world where the motivation to work with little supervision has never been more important for employees, SLII gives managers the knowledge and skills to develop their people with self-reliance as an overarching goal. Situational leaders recognise exactly how to provide just the right amount of direction and support to help their team members succeed.
They know how to develop competent and motivated contributors who deliver faster results for your organisation. We can deliver standalone programmes that introduce the key principles of SLII® and how to use it practically back in the workplace or alternatively, we use it as part of a longer, modular programme, linking it closely to such key topics as performance management, coaching, feedback and delegation.
Take a look at this example programme for a better idea of the content and recommended format.
Globally recognised certification
Most of our modular programmes are endorsed by the Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM) which gives the participants an opportunity to undertake an assessment which, if successfully completed, will qualify them for an ILM Recognised Certificate.
Not only does the ILM element provide a high level of recognition for the participants’ efforts, but we continually witness that those taking part in the ILM assessment consistently demonstrate high levels of lasting behavioural change.
To secure an ILM Recognised Certificate, the participants are required to deliver a short presentation and compile a portfolio of ‘evidence’ demonstrating how they have applied the learning back at work.
This is usually done in three ways:
- Completion of relevant, work-related activities that demonstrate understanding and application of the learning – This is where Promote comes in 😊
- Evidence of some self-directed learning – reading books and relevant articles, listening to podcasts or watching videos etc.
- Delivery of a short presentation detailing the impact of the programme on you, your team and your organisation as a whole.
