Last week we attended the Promote Network Summit 2018, held in Stockholm, Sweden. It is hosted by our partners – Promote International and was designed to provide the opportunity for all “Promote partners” to meet, exchange ideas and to learn new techniques and skills to help us improve learning transfer.

It was an excellent event with some great speakers and several fascinating break-out learning sessions. Every year I go, I come back with something new to use and add to the way we work and the programmes we design and deliver.

Apart from all the things we learnt at this event, it also provided us with new energy, drive and determination to make sure we continue to provide our clients with outstanding learning and development programmes which ensure high levels of learning transfer and therefore have a huge impact on results. It is so positive to spend time with like-minded people who understand the challenges that training providers are faced with and are committed to providing solutions that actually do make a big difference. Professor Robert Brinkerhoff attended the conference and he described us as “pioneers” of the industry, trying to make changes in very traditional environments.
Do please get in touch with any of our team if you’d like to join the learning and development ‘pioneers’.
